You can contact us on our central number, 07077 400199 or check out our website and then give us a call or send us an email. We like talking to our customers and the service we offer you is very important to us, we are happy to take your calls or receive your emails anytime. We can talk through what we have to offer and if you wish to go ahead and purchase any of our kits we will be more than happy to arrange that for you. You can also visit us at a selection of Fairs- please call for dates, venues and more information. Our future plans include our kits being available in retail outlets and once this happens we will let you know!

How much do your kits cost?

Our prices start from only £6.00 and steadily creep upwards. Our MiniMimi-to-go is £17.50 and our party kits are individually priced, dictated by the quantity you require

Do your prices include VAT?

At present we have not registered with HM Customs & Excise, once it becomes required of us our terms of trading will be reviewed.

How do I pay?

You can can call us and we can discuss the best payment method for you, when we receive payment we will acknowledge your order and give you an expected delivery date for your kit, which is why it is very useful for us to have your contact numbers and if possible email address. We would not expect the delivery date to extend beyond 28 days from our confirmed receipt of your order and we will of course try to meet any specific deadline you may have.

How will it be delivered to me if I mail order?

We use the second class Royal Mail delivery service unless you request otherwise. All delivery charges are additional to the cost of the kits.

How do I know you’ll send me the goods?

In short we are a small, professional, company who provide a personal service- hopefully when you speak to us we will be able to convey our integrity and professionalism, it is in our interest and we would like to think that you would speak highly of us to your friends, family and colleagues.

What if I am not happy with the goods when I receive them?

We hope that our website adequately reflects our kits and we will go to great lengths to explain them in detail to you when we speak. We accept that we cannot please all of the people all of the time and we would not try to promote our kits to someone who doesn’t appear to be interested. Having said all that, if you have a genuine cause for concern, then we will be more than happy to listen, talk and try to come to an amicable arrangement with you.
